Flotzie's Soft Serve Ice Cream was established in 2003. We are very proud to be able to serve our community and visitors touring through the Shenandoah Valley with our great tasting ice cream products. We are located just off Highway 211 West at the entrance of McDonalds & Walmart at the stop light. You will see us in the corner of the gas station parking lot in Luray, Va.
